Farizon announces Europcar vehicle replacement service
20 Aug 2026

Electric van manufacturer Farizon has partnered with Europcar Mobility Group UK to provide a vehicle replacement service for its customers.
If a Farizon customer鈥檚 SV or V7E van cannot be repaired at the roadside, a replacement SV will be provided within two days of the incident.
This vehicle replacement service will run for the length of the customer鈥檚 warranty, with a four-year/120,000-mile warranty included with the SV, and a five year/120,000-mile warranty with the V7E.
Europcar will hold an initial fleet of ten Farizon SV L1H1 models at strategic locations around the UK, which means it will be able to quickly deliver vans when required.
With more than 70% of its network equipped with EV charging, vehicles will be provided with at least an 80% charge at the start of a loan.
The SV van delivers a WLTP range of up to 247 miles 鈥 WLTP combined cycle 鈥 while a 20 to 80 per cent top-up charge can be completed in 36 minutes.
It is available with the option of 67 kWh, 83 kWh or 106 kWh batteries, and its all-electric powertrain produces 170 kW (231 PS) of power and 336 Nm of torque.
Andrew Grigor, Head of Aftersales at Farizon Auto UK, said: 鈥淲hile our vans are built for business, we鈥檝e set out to ensure our aftersales offering provides the service our fleet and retail customers expect.
鈥淲ith its commitment to electric mobility, as well as its strong reputation in the insurance and roadside assistance replacement vehicle sector, we identified Europcar as the best partner to help us deliver a vehicle replacement service.鈥
